State of Transformation Report 2017/2018

The Property Sector Charter is a transformation charter as contemplated in the Broad-Based BEE Act (No 53 of 2003) and the DTI Codes of Good Practice on B-BBEE. Each year, the Property Sector Charter Council compiles a State of Transformation Report which evaluates the B-BBEE performance of the sector in-terms of achieving targets for the categories of Ownership, Management Control, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Preferential Procurement, Enterprise Development, Socio-Economic Development and Economic Development laid out in the Property Sector Code Legislation. YIPA is a representative for youth on the Board of the Property Sector Charter Council.
