NHFC Webinar

The Youth In Property Association hosted an online workshop in collaboration with the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) SOC Ltd, presented by Lindokuhle Ndlovu.

The National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) is one of several Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) established in 1996, by the then National Department of Housing (NDoH), to offer housing finance, project facilitation and technical assistance to private and public entities ensuring the availability of housing stock. The developmental financial focus of the NHFC is specifically about finding workable models on affordable housing finance for low and middle-income households.

The Youth In Property Association hosted Dr Sisa Ngebulana the founder and CEO of Rebosis Property Fund, the first black-managed and substantially black-held property fund to be listed on the JSE.

Dr Sisa Ngebulana shared his insights on Leadership in the property industry and gave us his perspective on youth Entrepreneurship in South Africa today while answering questions from our members.
